Order Information
I’m ready to order! How should I begin?

It’s really simple! Just add your desired product to your cart by clicking “Add to Cart”. Next, click “Checkout” and all you have to do is enter your shipping details and pay.

Once payment is successful, you will receive a confirmation email from us. Now, just sit tight and wait for your order to arrive!

Can I negotiate further on the prices?

All prices are fixed and non-negotiable. 

Shipping and Delivery
I’ve placed my order! How long does it take for my order to arrive?

All orders will be processed within 1-2 working days upon payment. Please allow 3-5 working days for your order to be delivered to you. Please be informed that delays are anticipated during promotional campaign or new product launching period.

Do you ship your products internationally?

Currently, we ship our products within Malaysia only.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been processed, you'll receive the tracking link via email.

I’ve changed my mind! Can I cancel my order after making payment?

Unfortunately, no. Orders that are successful cannot be canceled.

I’ve entered the wrong shipping details! Can I make changes after making payment?

Once your order is confirmed, it is impossible to make changes. Please ensure that all details entered are correct.

Returns and Exchanges
I’ve received defective/incorrect products! What do I do?

We endeavour to ensure that all products are in their best condition and all orders are correctly packed.

In the event that you received defective/incorrect products, please accept our apologies. Any products that are found to be defective/incorrect upon receipt can be reported to our team at naturespalettehq@gmail.com within 3 working days. Only unopened defective products can be returned and refunded. Products that are opened may be denied refund/return.

Do you test your products on animals?

No, we do not conduct testing on animals.

Do your products have expiry date?

Yes. Please refer to the packaging of the product for its expiry date.
